Skilling up, the real way
No fancy certificates that just sit in a drawer. We work with schools, train the trainers, and figure out what genuinely helps people learn — so skill-building here means something you can actually use.
Our vision
Education does something to a person long before it shows up as a mark on a report card. A child who is taught well starts to believe something new about themselves — that they're capable of asking questions, of understanding the world instead of just enduring it, of imagining a life that looks different from the one they were handed. That shift in self-belief is often the real outcome of good schooling — the skills and the certificates are just what carries it.
We think about our work through that lens first. Before we think about curricula or certification, we think about what it does to a child's sense of what's possible for them — because a young person who believes they can learn will keep learning long after we've stopped teaching them.
Our mission
We work with schools, alongside researchers, and with state governments — because improving the quality of education takes all three working together, not just one acting alone.
Working inside schools alongside teachers and students, not at a distance from them.
Working with researchers and other institutions to test what actually improves learning, not just what sounds good on paper.
Working with state government bodies to help improve education quality at a systemic level, not just classroom by classroom.
The receipts
Straight from our official paperwork — 38 things we're legally set up to do. Highlight reel below, full list on request.
Build real skills for India's education sector — the kind employers actually need.
Figure out what skills are missing before throwing solutions at the problem.
Because one great teacher training ten more beats one great teacher alone.
Push for academies people actually want to learn at.
Build certification that actually means something, not just a certificate.
Get employers, NGOs, and training providers actually talking to each other.
Push the whole sector forward, not just one classroom at a time.
Run our own institutions and put out real research, not just reports nobody reads.
Use tech to actually improve working conditions and opportunities for women.
Open up income and job opportunities for people who need them most.
Make sure people actually know what support exists for them.
Property, funding, governance, apprenticeships — the unglamorous stuff that makes the rest possible.
Straight from our Memorandum of Association, clause 4 — the legal version's a lot less fun to read.
The game plan
No fluff, no filler — six steps, pulled straight from our own playbook.
Figure out what skills are actually missing before we start building anything.
Certification that means something, so quality doesn't slide.
One trained trainer reaches way more people than we ever could alone.
Get employers, training providers, and NGOs actually pulling in the same direction.
Keep real data so decisions aren't just vibes.
Turn training into skills people actually use, long after the session ends.
Stories of impact

The teachers who make it happen, together on Diwali — the rangoli at their feet drawn by their students.
Our teachers
A teacher and her class, mid-lesson. This is where most of the work actually happens — one room, one group, one day at a time.
In the classroom
Old tyres, a few tins of paint, and an afternoon — kids turning a bare yard into something that's theirs.
Learning by doing
Certificates handed out at the end of a youth programme — small pieces of paper that mean a lot to the kids holding them.
Programme day
A handover with teachers on site — the unglamorous, in-person part of the work that keeps a partnership real.
With our schools
The campus, greener each year. Students and their plants — a quiet reminder that the place itself is part of the lesson.
Recent · on campusWhere we're based
Home base is Haryana, out of Faridabad — that's where we're legally rooted. But skill development and education research don't stop at a state line, so our work reaches beyond it too.
We're still small, still building, and figuring it out in real time — which means there's room to actually shape what this becomes.
